IF I WERE A BOY...

 

 

Yesterday I had an interview at Pan-Atlantic University. I woke up not feeling like wearing heels. I just wanted something really corporate but extra-comfortable btw I was a bit tensed for unknown reasons so I decided to let out my masculine alter ego "Beckford" by embracing the androgyny look.

I really love it when Beckford comes alive; He gives me this sense of extreme calm, control and confidence.

For this look, I'm dressed in different shades of blue. I wore a navy blue military blazer on a blue & White striped shirt, tucked in navy blue pants as well and styled with a pair of black brogues and black oversized envelope purse

QUIRKY MOMENTS

                                  

This post is long overdue but what can i do? Life seems to get busier by the day. Guess it comes with the responsibilities of adulthood.

I wore this outfit about two weeks ago for my appointment @ d salon. It was just one of those days when the quirky side of me went visual. I'm wearing a diffused print top tucked in a velvet and lace skater skirt, accessorized with a beaded chunky neckpiece and styled with a pair of brogues.

Personally I feel fashion should be expressive and objective regardless of what obtains although a whole lot of peeps have their reservations about quirky fashion which's understandable. For me I adore the confidence of quirky fashionista's.

GRANNY'S BURIAL DIARY...

Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Fam! Missed you all! I know most of you guys are mad @ me. Got your messages both the nasty and considerate..lol. My absence wasn't a deliberate one, but as a result of my granny's funeral which was hectic but successful.

PLAYSUIT FOR A PLAY DAY...

Sup Fam? Hope you're all having a fab Sunday. Been a really wet day so I've been homebound cuddling my lovely soft pillows and ofcourse waiting anxiously to watch the bigbrother liveshow…

Just thought to share my outfit from yesterday. I'm wearing a simple tribal print playsuit and styled with a pair of rubber brogues. It's a rather unusual blend but sometimes it's ok to be expressive with fashion. I just wanted a playful and comfortable look and I think I achieved it!!!

Apparently the salon fix didn't work out so I had to carry my not so attractive natural hair..lol!still rocked it tho...

 Had to attend a church talk show so I styled my whole outfit with an oversized navy blue blazer..you like?
